Melissa and Mike's Wedding

Sarah made the desserts for our wedding. She was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She offered insightful suggestions and expert advice to help make our desserts perfect. Sarah is an amazing baker, a very talented artist and on top of it all a perfectionist at what she does. Pecan and Coconut Layer cake - I give this a triple YUM as it may have been my favorite. Oh, wait, I already said that! This was so good I couldn't believe it. It was also a crowd favorite. We froze slices of this and I felt a need to take one out this evening to give you a full and complete review. It was especially good cold!
